Day 1 - Bangkok
You will be met by one of our representatives and transferred to your hotel to settle in at your leisure.
Day 2 - Explore Bangkok
WIth your guide head to Wat Suthat, a Buddhist temple that is one of only 10 royal temples where you will be able to experience monks chanting. Next we visit the City Pillar Shrine, or Lak Mueang, the founding pillar of Bangkok erected in 1782, before heading to the famous Grand Palace complex, which also holds the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
Spend the afternoon exploring more of the city at your leisure or relaxing at your hotel.
Day 3 - Bangkok Flower Market
With your guide visit the flower market Pak Khlong Talad, before boarding a long-tail boat to explore Bangkok’s maze of canals and waterways in the Thonburi area. We will make some interesting stops along the way, such as the flower and vegetables market, the Royal barge museum and the fascinating Artist’s House, a centuries-old teak wooden house that has been turned into a gallery, with local artwork, photography and a puppet theater.
Enjoy lunch at a riverside restaurant. Then return to your hotel for some rest and free time to enjoy hotel’s facilities.
Day 4 - Bangkok at your leisure
Today you can explore Bangkok at your leisure, from the many parks, to a walk around Chinatown or some more of the Temples.
Day 5 & 6 - Krabi
This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight to Krabi. On arrival at your hotel you can spend a couple of days relaxing on the beach, or take a kayak excursion.
Day 7 - Phi Phi Islands
From the hotel jetty to Phi Phi Islands, considered to be one of the world’s most beautiful island destinations. Phi Phi Don is the largest island in the group with Phi Phi Lee a few kilometers to its south – popular for snorkeling and swimming. We board a speedboat for the 45-minute trip to the islands where we visit Pileh Cove and Viking Cave on the island, before heading to Monkey Beach on Phi Phi Don where a delicious local lunch is served in a local restaurant. After lunch we head north to Bamboo Island – another island in the Phi Phi group with beautiful white sandy beaches.
Day 8 - Krabi
Spend the day at your leisure
Day 9 - Phuket
Today your guide will drive you to your hotel in Phuket. On arrival you are free to settle in at your leisure.
Day 10 - Phuket Elephant Sanctuary
Following a scenic drive along a local village you will arrive at Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, a picturesque jungle dotted with ponds, wide open fields and hillsides for the elephants to roam around. Your visit starts at our Tree Top Reception and Observation Platform, where we will show you a presentation and educational video to prepare you for your encounter with the elephants, and to help you understand why they need to be protected. Next up, you will feed the elephants. While they enjoy their baskets of bananas, pineapples and cucumbers, you have a chance to learn from our guides about the background of each elephant. Once the elephants are fed, we walk with them down into the jungle.
Day 11 - 13 - Phuket
Spend these days at your leisure in Phuket, or we can arrange a tour to some of the other beautiful islands.
Day 14 - Return flight
Today you will spend the day soaking up the last of the sunshine before being transferred to the airport for you return flight.
