  • The weather is still snowy across February and March and will increasing daylight hours you can do more of those memory making activities. It is also still a great time to view the Northern Lights.

  • Springtime arrives at different times across the region. In the North you will still find snow in April, whilst the south are welcoming the spring flowers. on 1st May Vappu celebrations take place across the country and they welcome the long awaited summer. and of course the eternal sunshine of the Summer Solstice on 21st June.

  • The landscape in Lapland in the summer is incredible and with the midnight sun you can make the most of so many activities, such as a midnight float, canoeing, fishing, hiking, swimming, and other outdoor activities. This is also a popular time for holidays with the locals, so you may find it less busy towards the end of August.

  • The beautiful autumnal colours make for stunning landscapes and the Northern Lights can be seen as early as September. The weather is also milder than the winter months.

  • This is high season in Lapland, as the snow start sto fall in November the enchanting snowy landscapes come alive. With all of the winter activities possible once again it is also the best time to visit Santa at his home.
