Day 1 - Ho Chi Minh
Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel, where you can settle in at your leisure.
Day 2 - Ho Chi Minh
Meet our guide at your hotel and head out to explore the many sights of Ho Chi Minh. First stop will be the Bird Cafe, followed by breakfast at a local restaurant before you navigate the alleyways and street vendors to Cho Lon, the heart of Saigon’s Chinatown. Cho Lon is like no other district in Saigon, it is a hive of activity that holds your attention from the moment you arrive. A district with a long and colorful history, we take you to see a secret bunker and even the former Revolutionary Headquarters. Lunch will be an adventure in itself as it involves finding your way to an obscure apartment block where you climb to the roof for a delightful lunch overlooking the city rooftops. After lunch you can choose to explore the city some more with your guide or return to your hotel and spend the afternoon at your leisure.
Day 3 - Cu Chi Tunnels
Enjoy a light breakfast on your speedboat as you make your way along the river towards the famous Cu Chi tunnels.
On arrival you will be able to explore the site which includes, weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating authentic Viet Cong tunnel, visiting different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunitions etc.), a firing range and much more. Try the local cassava root that sustained Viet Cong fighters for years.
After a traditional lunch by the river you will travel back by speedboat.
Day 4 - Can Tho
After breakfast you will be met by your driver and taken to Cai Be jetty where the crew is set to welcome you aboard the Cai Be Princess sampan that will set off for a leisurely cruise toward Tan Phong Islet. From the boat’s unique vantage point, observe life as it is lived along the river. Once at Tan Phong Islet, take a short cycling trip through the villages and fruit gardens, where you will have the opportunity to see some of the many cottage industries. From the islet, travel via rowing sampan through the peaceful, narrow canals, back to the Cai Be Princess where you’ll continue on to the village of Phu An. After lunch, in a colonial style villa take a short walk along the canal toward Ba Bon Bridge where your driver will take you to Can Tho.
Day 5 - Can Tho river tour
This morning you will see the Cai Rang floating market – and experience local life on the river. Your relaxing boat trip cruises to the most beautiful tropical orchard where you can explore native fruit trees and you can savor some fresh seasonal fruits.
Visit the friendly family’s traditional noodle house. You’ll be impressed by the colorful noodles, and how fascinating the noodles are made by local. The family will serve you the yummy noodle pizza made by the owner’s wife
The boat keeps reaching the organic cacao farm where the guide will learn all about cacao and what it is used for.
Day 6 - Phu Quoc
Spend the morning at your leisure before taking an internal flight to Phu Quoc
Day 7 - 9
Spend time in Phu Quoc at your leisure
Day 10 - Departure
Today you will be transferred back to the airport for your international flight home
